Terms of Sale
Antalion operates several different services, and each one has its own
commercial rules — how the price is formed, what is collected online, when
a booking can be cancelled and what happens to a security deposit. For
that reason there is a separate Terms of Sale document for each service;
pick yours from the list below. The framework below applies to all of
them. (Template text — the final legal text should not be published before review by qualified counsel.)
The Role of the Platform
Antalion is a marketplace/software platform, not a travel agency, carrier,
rental company, accommodation provider or tour operator. In every service,
the contract for the service itself is formed directly between the
customer and the independent, document-verified provider whose offer the
customer accepts. Antalion provides the platform, holds the payment while
the service is pending, and mediates in disputes.
Verified Providers
No provider can submit an offer on Antalion without first passing document
verification (trade registry, licences, permits and insurance appropriate
to the service) and signing the provider agreement.
Payment and Escrow
Unless the service page says otherwise, the customer pays Antalion online
and the money is held with our licensed payment provider (iyzico
Pazaryeri/Marketplace) until the service is completed. Antalion then
deducts its commission and releases the remainder to the provider. Payment
details are never stored by Antalion.
Contact Details Are Not Shared
Customers and providers never see each other's phone number or email
address. All communication runs through the in-app messaging system, which
is filtered for contact-information leakage and moderated. Attempting to
move a transaction off the platform may result in penalties.
Cancellation
The platform-wide rule is free cancellation up to 48 hours or more before
the service, and no refund inside that period. Individual services may
state different or additional rules — the service-specific document
always prevails over this summary.
Intellectual Property
The Antalion brand, logo, website and platform software belong to
Antalion; they may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial
purposes without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Antalion's liability arising from this agreement is limited to the
commission amount collected for the booking in question. Antalion is not
liable for the actual performance of the service, for indirect damages,
loss of profit, or for failure to achieve an expected saving.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform its obligations due to
circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disaster,
epidemic, war, act of terrorism, strike, or decisions of public
authorities; in such cases the booking may be cancelled by mutual
agreement and any payment made is refunded.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the
courts and enforcement offices of Antalya, Türkiye have jurisdiction over
any dispute. Consumers resident in the European Union may, if they wish,
also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform
(ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Severability
If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, that does not affect
the validity of the remaining provisions.
